Join us for a workout in your local park! We bring your favorite exercise elements together in a fun, friendly group setting in parks around the city.
Each session features a different workout packed with a variety of exciting and challenging exercises, which include: plyometrics, calisthenics, resistance training, sports drills, cardiovascular training (running, sprinting, stair and hill climbing) speed and agility (balance and coordination) partner workouts, and stretching.
Regardless of age and fitness level team workouts are hard and as challenging as you want them to be. They are designed to push you at your own pace and comfort level.
