Twice a week, an 80/20 Wellness instructor will lead a group fitness class for your employees in your office, a nearby venue or outdoors in a park. Over the determined number of weeks, we will bring effective exercise elements together in a fun and friendly but challenging session in your office or in a nearby park during fair weather.
Each hour-long session includes plyometrics, calisthenics, resistance training, sports drills, cardiovascular training (running, sprinting, stair and hill climbing), speed and agility exercises, partner workouts and stretching.
Regardless of age and fitness level, team workouts are fun and as challenging. They are designed to push you at your own pace and comfort level, and maybe a little bit farther.
